This product can only be collected from our premises.
 
Cooking instructions:
 
Preheat the oven at 200oC
Remove your pastry from the freezer and place on a non stick baking tray 
Prepare eggwash ( 1 egg and a tiny bit of water )  brush the eggwash on top of your pastry 
Add seeds optional (sesame seeds, chia seeds, poppy seeds)
Bake at 180oC for 20-30' depending on your oven settings.
